The incumbent earns support from 93% of Montana Democrats and 38% of Republicans.

So over 60% of republicans are supporting a commie? They must have no clue the republican is far to the left of Baucus. This is exactly why the average voter is so uninformed.

Can anyone vouch that the cross tables are accurate for this state? The North Carorlina ross tables which heavily favor republicans give republicans an artificial 13 point! And over at Kos there were talking about how the national polls had fudged the partisan ID favoring the GOP heavily. So I am curious does this poll even have similar demographics then the state?
